Careergoals Mission

The Careergoals.com has been on the web for over 10 years.  Traditionally, it has been used to provide information on Accounting and Finance recruiting as practiced by my firm, Gibson Martin Consulting.  It has been used to communicate with our clients and candidates over the years, providing information on jobs and recruiting services.

Since the employment market has slumped of late, I have decided to share as much information I can about career development and job search techniques.  Having been a recruiter over 20 years, I have access to much information that can be beneficial to one's professional development.  The information contained in this website is designed to assist you as you go about finding a job or maximizing your career progression if you are employed.  The nature of the job market has made it difficult to help all job seekers in the capacity of a recruiter.  Hopefully you will find this information helpful in your own search activities.
